درباره انجمن وکیلان افغان

خوش آمدید به انجمن وکیلان افغان، مهمترین انجمن حرفه ای وداوطلبانه در افغانستان میباشد. همرای بیشتراز ۴۰۰۰ څارنوالان، ۳۰۰۰ قاضیان، و٥٠ وکیلان مدافعه دردولت افغانستان میباشند. انجمن وکیلان کشور ما خشنود بوده تا کار نمایند بطرف یک مفهوم جدید آزادی وعدالت برای تمام افغانها و مهمانان خاریجی. ما در آینده امیدوار هستیم تا مکاتب قانون بسازیم که دارای تصدیق نامه ویا استوار نامه ها باشد، ادامه تعلیمات قانون، معلومات درباره قانون، پرگرام های که بتواند وکیلان مدافعه وقاضیان را در کارهایشان کمک نماید، وابتکار های برای پیشرفت سیستم قانون برای ملت افغان داشته باشیم. هیچ کشوری به چنین انجمن بسیار ضرورت نداشته نسبت به ملت آزاد جدید افغانستان.

About the Afghan Bar Association

Welcome to the Afghan Bar Association, the most important voluntary professional association in Afghanistan. With more than 4,000 prosecutors, 3,000 judges, and 50 defense attorneys in the Islamic State of Afghanistan, our country's Bar Association is pleased to work towards the new concepts liberty and justice for all Afghans and Foreign Visitors.  We hope to provide future law school accreditation, continuing legal education, information about the law, programs to assist lawyers and judges in their work, and initiatives to improve the legal system for the Afghan public.  No country is more in need of an association such as this then the newly liberated nation of Afghanistan.

ماموریت انجمن وکیلان افغان

Like the mission of the American Bar Association, the mission of the Afghan Bar Association is to be the national representative of the legal profession, serving the public and the profession by promoting justice, professional excellence and respect for the law.  It is our goal to bring the rule of law and fulfill the promise of justice to all citizens of Afghanistan.

تشکیلات انجمن وکیلان افغان 

انجمن وکیلان افغان به علاقمندی گروپ های استادان قانون قبول شده بنام وکیلان افغانستان یا کسیکه در قانون افغانستان تعلیم دیده باشند. نظر به چگونگی خاص وکیلان مدافعه خاریجی که از افغانها دفاع نموده هستند خشنود به شمولیت این انجمن منحیث عضو میباشند.

Afghan Bar Association Organization

The Afghan Bar Association is organized as a public interest group of legal professionals admitted to the Bar of Afghanistan or who have practiced law in Afghanistan.  Under special circumstances foreign attorneys who have defended Afghan citizens are admitted to the association as full members.

جستجوی اطلاعات قانون

انجمن وکیلان افغان در حالت کار کردن هستند تا تمام قوانین افغانستان را د رانترنیت قرار بدهند، قانون جزا، قانون اساسی افغانستان همرای مطالعات وماده ها درباره سیستم عدلی افغانستان، تا سال  ۱۳۸۶ ه ش  مطابق سال ۲۰۰۷ م بدسترسی قرار خواهد گرفت.

The Afghan Bar Association is working to bring all Afghan laws, criminal codes, and constitutional laws, along with studies and articles about the Afghan justices system, online by 2007.
